A specialist in property and company law, Mr Lopez-Avalos is the head of the Marbella office and has extensive experience as a legal / tax adviser to individuals and companies, being involved with corporate groups, mergers and acquisitions.

Having worked for other international legal firms such as ERNST & YOUNG ABOGADOS, he has particular expertise in all matters relating to the property market, real estate companies and foreign investments in Spain.

In addition to practising property law, he also specializes in the taxation matters of non-resident individuals and companies and general tax planning. He has been involved in obtaining licenses as well as establishing all kind of investment and service companies.
