For more than 20 years Mark has specialised in English intellectual property law. He's now resident in San Pedro De Alcantara, Spain and is a collaborator with Marbella Solicitors, who have shown themselves to be aggressive in defending their client's interests and, above all, fiercely independent.

Mark has extensive experience as a legal advisor and deal maker with individual and corporate clients in UK and overseas.

He is increasingly working with purchasers and developers of and investors in commercial and residential property in Spain.

Clients seem to benefit from his experience as a client orientated lawyer - less from a transactional point of view as he is not qualified to advise on matters of Spanish law - but more as a deal co-ordinator who seeks to ensure that local service professionals focus on the needs of Northern European clients and provide proper responsiveness.

He is a Consultant to the Gray's Inn and Norwich based firm of Solicitors, Steeles Law LLP - who have a dedicated Private Client Department which handles Wills, Probate and Family matters for ex-patriots.

He is a director of The Rights Group Ltd (reg. in Gibraltar) which is a dedicated "buyer's agency" for Northern European's interested in purchasing property in the South of Spain.

He also runs, with others, MBA Corporate Solutions Ltd., a media orientated boutique corporate finance house based in the City of London.
